Nick Murray

BOARD MEMBER

Nick joined the C4G Board in October 2024. He also currently serves as a Board Director with Lakes Entrance Fishermen Ltd and West Gippsland Catchment Management Authority and is a member of the Gippsland Lakes Coordinating Committee.

He was previously a Board member of Destination Gippsland Ltd from 2018-2022, including serving as Chair from 2019-2022

Nick currently leads a boutique consultancy serving public and private sector clients.

Previous senior executive roles include: CEO of Gippsland Ports (2008–2018); State Manager, Auswest Timber (2006-2008; Operations Director, Victorian Association of Forest Industries (2001-2006).

Nick has extensive experience in executive leadership and governance across profit, not-for-profit, and member-based organisations. He holds a degree in education, MBA, postgraduate qualifications in Management and Occupational Health and Safety, and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD).
